Blitz the Dunes this May!

The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and National Geographic are teaming up this May 15 and 16 for a BioBlitz at the 15,000-acre Indiana Dunes, one of the region’s most diverse and spectacular natural areas. Billed as “part scientific endeavor, part festival, and part outdoor classroom,” the giant event encourages teachers, students, and the public to join in the effort of cataloguing as many species as possible in 24 hours.
